"I am a first time homebuyer (if you can relate I’m extremely stressed, feel like I’m way over my head, and question everything). I originally thought I would select geico for my homeowners insurance because I have my auto insurance through them but thought it was wise to get a second quote. I partially filled out the online quote for state farm and gave up because there were soooo many questions and I had already done an online quote through geico. I received 2 calls from Jake and decided to return the second one (thank god I did) Jake walked me through every facet of the quote, meticulously noted every detail of my new home and was able to answer all of my questions in finite detail. He was extremely personable and helpful throughout the process. He also took the time to quote out what my husband and I’d auto insurance and umbrella policy would look like at State Farm under a complete and wholistic package (I had no idea what an umbrella policy was). When I called geico back expecting to receive the same level of service I quickly realized that it wasn’t going to happen. The women had no idea how to answer any of my questions, was using multiple source underwriters (geico doesn’t actually have a homeowners branch) and I felt like I knew more than she did just from speaking with jake from State Farm. Long story short…. I called jake back quickly and he simplified the whole process and streamlined all of my insurance lines. Also one important thing to note, if I were ever to file a claim or need anything I have jake to call directly to help me and my family NOT a 1-800 number. Highlyyyyyy recommended calling and speaking to jake if you are looking for insurance"
